1. End User License Agreement(EULA)
Important
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before installing or using the BOE
application.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and
SilvaTools concerning the BOE software application, including its software components,
documentation and related services (the "Software").
By installing, accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not install or use the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold.
1. Grant of License
SilvaTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to
install and use the Software on a compatible device for personal and lawful purposes.
You may make reasonable backup copies of the Software where permitted by applicable
law.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the Software, except where
expressly permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent
expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Software or
its associated services.
3. Third-Party Services and Content
The application may use third-party services and may provide access to information or
links originating from third parties.
The content published by the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) remains subject to the
rights and conditions applicable to its respective source.
The BOE application developed by SilvaTools is an independent application and is not an
official application of the Government of Spain, the Boletín Oficial del Estado or the
Administración General del Estado.

4. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated.
SilvaTools may terminate or restrict access to the Software if you materially breach these
terms or where necessary to comply with applicable law.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in the Software, including its design, source code, graphics,
logos and other elements created by SilvaTools, belong to SilvaTools or its respective
licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this EULA grants you ownership of the Software or its intellectual property.
The content obtained from the BOE remains subject to the rights and conditions
applicable to that content.
6. Disclaimer
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by
applicable law.
SilvaTools makes reasonable efforts to maintain the application and provide access to
available information, but does not guarantee that the Software will always be available,
error-free or uninterrupted.
SilvaTools does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or permanent availability of
information obtained from external sources.
For official and legally relevant information, users should consult the corresponding
publication directly through the official BOE website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SilvaTools shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability
to use, the Software.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not
permitted by applicable law.
8. Applicable Law
This EULA shall be governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the user.
